Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order weight and courier service.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us on the same day of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered and accepted at the provided delivery address, CINNACLE shall not be responsible for loss, damage or misuse occurring thereafter.
